RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND MODEL NOTICE

1. Your right

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from concluding a paid distance contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Your order confirmation states the deadline. Mandatory rights under your country's law remain unaffected.

The free trial is separate. Starting or completing it does not shorten the withdrawal period for a later paid contract. Automatic renewal of an existing contract does not necessarily create a new statutory withdrawal period; applicable local rules and genuinely new contracts remain subject to assessment.

2. How to withdraw

Send a clear statement to [[CONFIRMED_PROVIDER]], [[ADDRESS]], email info@myknifestudio.com. You may use the model below but are not required to.

The online “Withdraw from the contract” function is available during the statutory period at [[EXACT_LOCATION_AND_LINK]]. It lets you provide or confirm your name, contract identifier and confirmation email. Submit through “Confirm withdrawal”.

We promptly provide an acknowledgement containing your notice and its submission date and time in a form you can keep. Sending your statement before the deadline is sufficient. Withdrawal is not conditional on first completing a complaint process or making a telephone call.

3. Early commencement

To start paid service immediately, you expressly request/consent to commencement before the 14-day period expires and acknowledge the relevant information. Otherwise paid access starts after that period; checkout must clearly show the start and the full paid access period.

If you withdraw after validly requesting early commencement and receiving the required information, you may owe only the legally permitted price for service actually provided before your notice reaches us. For access supplied evenly over time, the calculation uses the agreed price and the proportion of the paid period actually supplied. There is no flat withdrawal penalty or arbitrary export fee.

Activating an ongoing monthly or annual subscription does not fully perform the service. For a service, loss of withdrawal rights on full performance is subject to the statutory conditions. This draft does not impose a blanket waiver on account activation or first export.

Where required information or valid early-commencement consent is missing, statutory rules apply, including any bar on charging for that performance and any extended withdrawal period.

4. Refunds and effects

We return payments without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without an additional charge.

Any lawful claim for service actually supplied is separately calculated and explained. We do not make a prohibited unilateral set-off against the refund. Billing mechanics must not bypass the statutory deadline.

The affected paid access and future renewals end. Withdrawal does not transfer ownership of your designs to us. Where law requires, we make your supplied or created content available free of charge in a commonly used machine-readable form. Retrieving that content is not a paid manufacturing export. Personal data is handled under the privacy rules.

Turning off renewal, withdrawing from a contract and reporting a defect are distinct actions.
